As between the parties, rights in methodologies, tooling, reusable components, documentation templates, and pre-existing materials remain with Creation Technology Solutions Limited and its licensors. Deliverables specifically commissioned and paid for by you are addressed in your statement of work or master services agreement.
Third-party services
Implementations frequently rely on third-party platforms (for example public cloud providers, identity providers, observability suites, or SaaS products). Your use of such "Third-Party Services" is subject to the relevant vendor terms, and you are responsible for procuring and maintaining the licences or subscriptions we are instructed to configure on your behalf.
If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:
- Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
- You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Accounts and Client Responsibilities
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account (e.g., a client portal or third-party ad platform access), you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information and timely access necessary for the provision of services.
You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your passwords secure.

Payment terms
Fees for professional services, licences we resell, or managed support are set out in proposals, order forms, or master services agreements. Invoices are payable according to the stated schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of work, withdrawal of support entitlements, statutory interest, or recovery costs as permitted by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, subject to the terms of any Master Service Agreement (MSA) in place.
If you wish to terminate the Agreement, you must do so in accordance with any contractual notice periods defined in your MSA. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Website content and any informal guidance are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creation Technology Solutions Limited and its suppliers disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed services agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
